The Casa Santana team follows the Cuban method to age and blend rums of different origins and profiles into flavour bases for its expressions, and bottled at a hearty 57.7% ABV, this full proof six-year-old certainly packs plenty of character.

Tasting notes
Nose Generous waves of creamy vanilla and caramel, zesty citrus, and a hint of almond, with delicately floral blossom in the distance.
Palate Juicy tropical fruits and toffee sweetness mingle, with pineapple and mango joined by rich, runny caramel.
Finish Plump sultanas and prunes join a pinch of pepper for the finish, backed by gentle oaken spice.
