Tasting Note
Nose: fragrant aromas of lush tropical fruits, followed by extraordinary aromas of smoke and incense with menthol sweets and saddle soap – in the background roasted green pepper, smoked mango, guava and coconut
Palate: initially creamy, then intense notes of spicy herbs and ripe fruits – smoked maple bacon, charcoal, white Pepper and cloves follow gentle hints of wood smoke and sea spray
Finish: a pleasant, long finish with further tones of tropical fruits, fragrant heather, warm toffee and smoked butter
