Tasting Note
Nose Thick toffee, burnt fruit cake, and runny honey, with sweetly fragrant oak, floral redbush tea, and a murmur of barbecue smoke off in the distance.
Palate Sweet, softly smoky barbecue sauce, chocolate nuts, and dense caramel open the way for a touch of hickory, cinnamon, and peppery heat.
Finish Stewed berries nestle beneath woody spice, with cracked peppercorn warmth picking up for the finish alongside malty ale, charred oak, and a smidge of peat smoke.
