Palate A lick of toffee joins candied ginger warmth, with toasted notes of woody spice and silky caramel in tow. Cooked apples join notes of clove and anise, with smoked meat nestling beneath.
Finish Berry sweetness, grilled stone fruits, fennel, vanilla ice cream, and a tickle of pepper, alongside oily malt, burnt butter, wafts of smouldering embers, and sherried oak.
