Macallan 10 Year Old Sherry Oak (70cl, 40%)

Nose: is quite light and clean. There are notes of rubbed petals and apple blossom and hot pastries. Marmalade emerges with notes of sherried peels and barley sugars, vanilla fudge provides sweetness.

Palate: is of medium-body and well-rounded. There are notes of walnut and salty melted butter. Hints of fudge and crème anglaise.

Finish: is of medium-length and quite oaky.
