Tasting Notes

NOSE Perfumed, soft oak, touch of Christmas cake, sweet spice and raisins.

PALATE Pear notes to the fore, plus toasty oak, with some rich custard-tart sweetness.

FINISH Woody and spicy, slightly drying.
