A rather stylish gin all the way from German, named after Knut Hansen – a sailor who seemingly had fine facial hair, a selection of tattoos and the most striking baby-blue eyes you’ve ever seen. The gin itself is made using a selection of 14 botanicals, notably apple, basil and cucumber.

However, if you are not sure, we recommend the following. Wait until 6 degrees outside, it begins to drizzle easily, and a light breeze blows from the left.
