Kentucky Jack Straight Bourbon (70cl, 40%)

Nose: Well-rounded and open. Sweet pastry, cinnamon and vanilla. Hints of icing sugar, honey glazed apples and toasted oak. A charming nose.

Taste: Medium body and on sweet side. White pepper and raw-ish oakiness. Apples, vanilla and cinnamon. A touch of after shave, but not enough to deter me in the slightest.

Finish: Medium long finish. Continues much as it started. I detect soft citrus notes towards the end.
