Tasting Note
Nose: Doesn’t immediately smell like a gin… the grape notes are prevalent, but there are balancing notes of citrus and cardamom.
Palate: The grapes run the show here too. It’s tasty with pronounced, fresh botanicals, particularly the high, citric and ginger notes. The grapes add a pleasant sweetness. It’s almost like a flavoured vodka.
Finish: Very clean, very pleasant. Herbs and grassy notes with a slight mineral taste.
Overall: Almost halfway between a gin and a flavoured vodka, this is a unique spirit. We could (and probably will!) spend hours playing around with cocktail recipes using G’Vine.
