Tasting Note
Nose: There’s still plenty of juniper up front, but fresh lemon peel certainly stands out, with a hint of thyme for support.
Palate: More lemon and more juniper! Quince and angelica pop up every once in a while, and a light hint of oily hops develops later on.
Finish: Candied peels stick around sweetly on the finish.
