Nose: Raisins, treacle, brown sugar and toffee, gentle spices, hints of vanilla, baked apples and a beautiful, fragrant perfumed note. Soft, citrus orange notes intermingle with creamy caramel notes and milk chocolate. With water, sweet, fragrant vanilla, butterscotch, the merest hint of linseed oil, and then gentle waxy note.

Taste: A thick, viscous mouthfeel leads into a myriad of delicious flavours – sugar-coated plums and almonds, soft brown sugar, creamy vanilla, cappuccino coffee, dates and more toffee apples.

Finish: More woody/leathery notes, until some gentle spices such as nutmeg, clove and ginger emerge.
