This is an old edition of the lovely Glenlivet 12 year old. Aged in a mix of casks, this is a classic Speyside dram with oodles of honey and orchard fruit. Beautiful.

Tasting Note
Nose: A full, rich nose with cream vanilla, warm pastry, toffee, fudge and a hint of aniseed. Toasty cereals and oak develop.
Palate: Thick and warm on the tongue with aniseed, dried peels and fudge. Very creamy, stewed apples develop.
Finish: Long and spiced finish star anise and digestive biscuits on the tail.
