A single cask, cask strength Edradour single malt! This Highlander was matured in a single sherry butt after it was distilled in March 2009, where it remained for the next decade. It was bottled in June 2019 at 10 years of age, with a release of 953 bottles at 55% ABV. A chocolate-filled sherry bomb right here.

Tasting Note
Nose: Chai-spiced dark chocolate, with dried cherries, barley sugar and dried fruit.
Palate: Even more chocolate, raisins, warming Christmas cake notes and oily nuts.
Finish: Maple syrup and toasty oak, with sour cherry on the finish.
