Aromas of autumn fruits, runny honey, crystalised ginger and oaky spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of toasted marshmallows, apple tart, cinnamon and fruit salad throughout the palate.
Tasting Notes
NOSE
Soft autumn fruits, runny honey, crystallised ginger and raw sugar cane. An underlying rich oakiness creates complexity and structure.
PALATE
The initial bold vanilla oak flavours slowly dissipate to reveal layers of toasted marshmallows, fresh fruit terrine and cinnamon infused apple tart.
FINISH
Exceptionally long lasting sweetness.
