Tasting Note
Nose: Buttery flapjack, soft toasted oak with baked apples and malty undertones of milky coffee.
Palate: The apples are joined by juicy pears, doughy cinnamon buns, and sweet marmalade creep in with some earthy, herbal spice beneath.
Finish: A touch of flint, peppery prickles of ginger, softened by creamy barley and orchard honey.
