Angostura Aromatic Bitters enhances the taste in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, but can be used just as well in spicy and sweet dishes.

It consists of angelica roots, cloves, cinchona bark, cinnamon, cardamon, galangal, mace and bombardment husks and various other ingredients. The recipe for this brew – named after a town on the Orinoco River – comes from a German doctor named Dr. Sieger.
