Lakes whiskymaker Dhavall Gandhi has created a marvellous expression here, revolving around juicy fruit notes and waves of honey, with a smidge of oak and smoke shining through. No chill-filtration or additional colourings here.
Tasting Note
Nose Peanut brittle, peaches, nectarines, hay leading into a hint of grassy peat.
Palate Apple, greengage, almond and cherry sweetness, toasted cinnamon, cedar.
Finish Dried fruit and walnut, with honey lingering.
