Tasting Note
The nose: is rich and spiced. Plenty of thick barley malt and orchard fruits. There are notes of dark cherry and creamy berry fruits. A touch of dried grass.
The palate: is thick and slightly dry with cocoa and dark cherries, winter spice and toasty oak.
The finish: is where the oak comes into its own, with spice and a hint of rubber.
